Polished Brass
The traditional finish that comes to mind when you think of brass hardware. A timeless classic, known for its golden yellow color and its eye catching, reflective high polish. Topped with a clear coat to protect its eye-catching shine and color.

Unlacquered Brass
Essentially our Polished Brass finish without the clear coat. For those who want a “living” finish, as the exposed brass will naturally darken and patina as time passes.

Satin Brass
A more modern take for a brass finish. Instead of a high polish, the brass receives a moderate brushed finish, resulting with a reduced shine. This finish is also clear coated to protect it from tarnishing. Although still encompassing golden yellow tones, this finish is not as reflective and sometimes may appear slightly darker than Polished Brass. Do not mistake this finish as an aged brass, as that would be our Antique Brass finish. This finish is also great for touch surfaces, as it’s less prone to showing fingerprints.

Antique Brass
As the name implies, this finish mimics the look of “antique brass.” To create this finish, brass is taken through a treatment process that ages and darkens the surface. It then undergoes a brushed polish to bring out the brownish gold undertones, while keeping some of its dark patina. Lastly, this finish is clear coated to preserve its color.

Polished Nickel
While the color of brass is compared to gold, nickel’s color is often compared to silver. Although it can look like silver, nickel is often described as a warm silver with a slight yellow tone. Chrome on the other hand, has a cooler tone, which exhibits blueish hues. Due to nickel’s warm tone, it often matches well with traditional interior décor. This nickel-plated finish is given a high polish to add a distinguished shine.

Satin Nickel
For those who like the warm silver tones of nickel, but do not want the high shine. A nickel-plated finish that is given a subtle, light brushed finish. The light brushing gives the nickel a satin look, which moderates the shine. Great for touch surfaces, as it’s less prone to showing fingerprints.

Polished Chrome
Our brightest, most reflective finish. Known for its silvery, mirror-like appearance with cool undertones, Polished Chrome is seen as modern or contemporary. With its corrosion resistance and lively, clean appearance, polished chrome is commonly used in kitchens and bathrooms.

Flat Black
A smooth, non-reflective, color coated finish. Often used for those who want to create strong contrast, while maintaining a sophisticated, modern look.

Oil Rubbed Bronze
A matte, dark brown finish that emulates the appearance of aged bronze. The name “Oil Rubbed Bronze” got its origin from bronze being rubbed with finishing oils to create a rustic, antique bronze finish that emanates rich, dark brown tones. This oil rubbed method, however, creates a “living” finish that changes color as it ages, while also allowing for oils to rub off. As an alternative, color coating is another method of creating an “Oil Rubbed Bronze” finish, which is what we use. Since this is a coated finish, it’s not a “living” finish and there is no oil that rubs off.
